| National instruments (www.ni.com) has plenty of information on data acquisition hardware, software, methods, etc. Likewise, you can find quite a bit of information on www.omega.com. They publish a set of handbooks (which are free i think) that you can view online or get from your local rep. | |

| I've purchased the low cost demo kit from Dataq - try them - www.dataq.com The demo kit is relatively slow however it is a good place to begin.
