I have a type K thermocouple... I want to know...Do thermocouples have datasheets like the electronic components like ICs...or they all have the same characteristics according to the type used(type K .. type J ... etc)

Thermocouples of the same type have the same characteristics.
It is dependant on the metals used. Same metals, same characteristics. JimB
