Hey

i have a wireless ADSL Router But its wireless is too weak when i sit down beside it it send low signal

is there any circuit to improve its signal ???

How about clearing any obsiticles from between the transmitter and receiver?

You might be able to purchase better areials for the transmitter and receiver.

Check the router settings and turn off any power saving modes, and make sure it's set to full power transmission etc. etc.
Make sure the antenna is screwed in properley.

your body may be absorbing the RF energy , move the access point to a higher location.

You can download a program called Network Stumbler which will show you the output on a graph. If you Google 'wifi antenna' you can find designs for a parabolic reflector which fits over the antenna to boost the signal in the direction you want it.
