12 V Buck circuit using 5 V PWM
Hi guys, can anyone help me with a buck circuit with a Vin of 20V and a Vout of 12V using an N Channel MOSFET? My problem is how will I be able to switch the FET since I'm only using a 0V-5V PWM from a PIC16877 connected to the gate of the FET. Thanks.
