Default game show buzzer circuit

,God's grace... can i have ur idea or if possible a lists of needed circuits for our proj. ,game show buzzer? hir's the concept of our proj. :
*their are 3 podium(to where each contestant r going to swipe his hand).
*each podium has LEDs and a buzzer.
*whoever swipe to the podium first will automatically enabled the LEDs and buzzer of the other contestants podium.

thank you very much....i'm looking forward for your reply...it will help a lot to our requirements success...

You can use three 555 timers in bistable mode, to trigger and reset the buzzers.
