hi,
what is the min freq could Ic 555 working in astable (+12v) gives?

Not sure of the absolute minimum, as it would depend on the 555 type (cmos?) and the leakage on the capacitor, but I've seen charts out 100 second periods for a monostable, so I would say...0.005 Hertz

Delays of up to a few of miniutes are possible which translates in to about 2mHz.
