Hi all
I'm lookin for a good frecuency counter that can measure frecuencies from about 50KHz to 300 MHz

If you'll settle for 50MHz there are plenty based on the 16F84.

For 300MHz you need a high frequency prescaler, these are fairly rare devices, as suggested if you drop your requirement to 50MHz there's nothing rare required.
