Scalar Wave Transmitter - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I've been looking for a Scalar Wave Transmitter circuit diagram.
This type of Transmitter has been around for over 100 years, but it's hard to find schematics for it.
Does anyone have one?
I want to build one that transmits at a very low frequency.
I would probably be using buz11 mosfets and a 555 timer to build it.

I was looking for more examples, with more info on what the circuit is doing.
