Question RJ11 to USB convertor vice versa

Hi,

To connect my GPS antenna to my PC, I need a RJ11 (Telephony plug) to USB convertor.
Can anybody help me with the schematics please?

Thanks,

Jan

No, it depends entirely on what the RJ11 is doing!.

It 'may' be a 5V spec serial port, in which case you require a MAX232 and a USB/Serial converter.

The following image name describes your problem pretty succinctly.
The easiest solution is to contact the maker of the GPS device and ask them what is required to connect their product to a PC.
