Thank all of you!!! I like the Dc/Dc conversions!
to those of you that's curious, i didn't want to say anything because i know how people is, but this is for a water fuel cell. the reaason i don't care if its ac or dc is because if it's ac, then i'll just prolley half wave rectify it, if it's dc, i'll prolley pulse it, it's an experement. Thank all of you, i like the Dc to Dc conversion, it seems to work like a transformer, just with chokes or inductors.

The theory is if you can get over 1500 volts you can split the water molecule with milliamps. Thanks again.
