K is a multiplier of 1000. 1K = 1000, so it's 1000 ohms.

Yep. The schematic says, for instance, "R3 = 1K", which means that the resistor (R) marked "R3" on the schematic has a value of 1000 ohms.

ok, but can i attach this to the relay?

and how do you attach the original 6 volts?

theres only one line, what about positive and negative?

can someone draw me a lil pic?
