can you give us a bit more info like what grade your in, what experience you have with electronics. people here are willing to help you out, but they are not going to do your work for you.

Measure:
Temperature
Humidity
Rainfall
Wind Speed
Wind Direction
Sunlight
The above could then be combined to make a Weather Station.

This could be enhanced by adding data logging

great ideas cheapslider. there would be millions of circuits out here for mori38 to make, but it's hard to suggest one or two if they don't give any info as to age, experiance and all the rest.

Very true! (even the location details may help).

I would favour projects that can be assembled on a plugin prototype board.

Lots of school projects tend to be over ambitious and too complicated. It's more beneficial (from an educational POV) to make a simple circuit and thoroughly understand how the circuit works. Knowing the exact function of every component in the circuit and the effect of changing values, of adding, removing or swopping components. This would give a good grounding and understanding of the fundamentals.

Putting a few components around a specific chip is the equivalent of painting by numbers
