Help - Random motor movement circuit needed - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I would like to build a circuit that will move a motor a random movement (45-90 degrees in either direction), then pause, and repeat. Or a circuit that can be programed to move a certain amount, pause, move, pause, etc.

Anyone have any ideas, or where to get parts? This project is actiually for a small animal decoy.

I would also like to come up with a LV trigger for turning off and on a video camera and possible a 35mm camera.

Your help is very appreciated....
