Default looking for SCR

I have a cycletrol 150,120v.,1/8-2 hp rated, Dc motor controller with a bad SCR and I am looking for a vendor. The Scr is a Gentron Powdertherm B512f-2, would anyone know of a vendor for this SCR? Thanks for any help MR

I am not sure that it is actualy obsolete.
The part was originaly made by Crydon(?) but is now made by cynergy3. Maybe that is just picking a nit.
