i want to sensing about value of fat milk(cow milk).what sensing must i use.

I don't know, cromatography? My chemistry is very rusty.

Cromatography would probably work well along with temperature and perhaps PH. Anyone that's ever seen a glass of skim milk next to a glass of whole milk could never mistake the two.
