Question electric buzzer

hello
i've attached the circuit diagram for an electric buzzer which i am supposed to make. i need to write a description on the working of the buzzer. but i dont understand it. could u tell me in detail how it works? please

It's an extremely old (40+ years?), extremely crude, blocking oscillator - the transformer is used to give phase inversion for the positive feedback. The horrible way the circuit is drawn also confuses the issue!.

I still have a few very old AC127 germanium transistors and some BY127 rectifiers (green ones?). The rectifier is rated for only 1250V!
