Default Surge problems

I have surge problems in my input. If I put 2kV pulses at 1.2us in the circuit attatched my microcontroller goes "crazy".
What do you suggest to do to prevent surge problems using my circuit?

If I stuck a 2KV pulse up you, you'd go crazy as well

But for any advice you need to post the entire circuit, and the source of the pulses.

The all schematic.
My pulses sources comes from an MIG (Modular Impulse Generator).
I thought to put a VDR between my inputs, but it's enough?

Try putting the transorbs after the resistors, not before.
