Exclamation Computer Diode,Hivoltage Diode...?

Hi
Can anyone please tell me what's the difference between these diodes:
Computer Diode
HiVoltage Diode
Signal Diode
GenPurpose Diode
LoLeakage Diode
Si Rectifier
Switching Diode

I want to pick up a diode in circuit maker for use in a hysterisis feedback switching circuit containing a LP311 compoarator,2N6040 darlington transistor. This diode is used in parallel with the snubber circuit. The max voltage across this diode is 22volts.
Thanks a lot.
