It'd be quite good if this forum had a links page which detailed good electronics websites.

How about making this tread sticky so everyone can post thier links?

I do not answer private messages asking for help because no one else can: benefit from advice I may give or correct me if I'm wrong.

Please ask on the open forum if you have a question and I'll be happy to help,
    if I know the answer.

The only downside is some of those circuits end up being repeats from site to site so you can end up wasting time.... if that's an issue.

Another problem is that some of the circuits were designed by a moron or have errors and don't work.
Some of the circuits use obsolete ICs.

True --- I get a kick out of some of those sites where the author states, "I have not tested this circuit and am not accepting emails; the circuit is not open for discussion." Then why risk personal integrity in publishing the stooopid circuit to begin with? Or at the very least, state that it's some sort of preliminary, untested design.

A lot of thoes circuits are crap....but sometimes the sites are giving u some ideas. If u use common sense and try to understand the cicuit....
If is too complicated.....most of the times is the wrong way.
