Need help 3x4keypad to PIC16F84A microcontroller - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

i need help for my project in electronics i dont what to do im confused

of the circuit diagram of the keypad to PIC16F84A. how do i install this

keypad(see picture below) to PIC16F84A so that i can detect what button is

is click cause it has 7pins. Do i need to connect a voltage in the keypad? and

can anyone help me? im so confused!!

It is for the PIC16F628 and a 4x4 keyboard but you can use it on the PIC16F84A also with slight alterations. Just ignore the missing column; the software won't care.
