need info on SOIC-8 to DIP-8 IC Adapter for for my LM555CM 555 timer projects. Where can I find this at.

This company sells all sorts of smt to dip adapters and such. Ordered from them once and items came quick, kinda hard to solder on them if you dont have much experience on soldering smt items.

Or, you can just spread the pins on the smt 555 and solder them directly to a 8pin dip socket like those from mill-max.com. Ive done this with some of my op-amp chips like the ad8620, process is tedious if oyu dont have a steady and dry hand.
