i want to drive the motor of continuous 10A using h-bridge by microcontroller
Please any body suggest me which mosfet should i use of what type(pmos/nmos)?

there are numerous H-bridge topologies & schematics available on the web. How you will choose your output MOSFET devices will depend on a number of things. Show a schematic of what you settle on using, and advice will come.
