can somebody tell me how to create an 8 -1200 ohm audio power transformer

With great difficulty, and using a LOT more specifications than you gave there!.

What EXACTLY are you trying to do - audio transformers have mostly been 'designed out' of circuits for many decades, due to high cost, low performance, and almost impossible availability.

But yes, it would be very difficult to make. I'm sure you can buy one like this where you are, or modify the circuit to not require it.
