in a circut i try to make , i have got a transistor called " BEL 187 " but i didn't find it .so i want its ratting and if anoter transistor can be replaced with it.thx a lot

That transistor is manufactured by an Indian manufacturer called "Bharat Electronics Ltd." You can find its datasheet at http://www.bel-india.com/BELWebNew/U...ic_package.pdf

I guess AC187 is similar to BEL187 but packages are different. BEL187 comes in TO92 package whiel AC187 comes in TO1 package.
