Do you have any maximum and minimum sampling rates and signal bandwidth in mind?

i know one that uses CMOS electronics switch, CD4016 and a fast-switching transistor SL 100. The switch is opened and closed from the strobe pin of the parallel port.
if that sounds nice, tell me...
