interface for panasonic ms5 videocamera
i like to control my panasonic nv-ms5 with my pc, via a 5 pin edit socket on the camera. help!

Well, what have you done so far? What's the plan? What type of interface the 5 pin connector has to offer? What part do you need help on? What's your background?

panasonic interface
I would like to control the tape transport with the pc when capturing svhs tapes to my pc. If it's not possible with the pc or too difficult, is there a simple type of remote control circuit which i can use to control the tape transport. Because of the size of the camera it's not possible to place the camera near the pc when capturing from the camera.
