 Designing a Digital Compass
My project is to design digital compas. It would read in a value from the sensor (1490 dinsmore sensor interface with 68hc11 microcontroller) display it on the alphanumeric display. One of eight possible directions can be displayed: N, NE, E etc... Perhaps get some advised or suggestion schemetic and programming | |

I'm sure there are a hundred PIC projects on the web that use a dinsmore compass. You can take a look at this Zilog app note for using the Z8 Encore with a dinsmore part. http://www.zilog.com/docs/z8encore/appnotes/an0165.pdf It maybe helpful.
