i'm thinking to design a programmable alarm and i need your help again.
i'm going to associate a simple burglar alarm. my idea is that the alarm's sound depends on the sound you want to be heard of when it alarms. the sound that i want to is to be recorded and inputted to the alarm system. is this project a complicated one? pls. give some of your ideas about this project to make it possible.

so if i've got this right you want an alarm where it uses different sounds depending on which sensor sets of the alarm.

if you want recorded sound as you seemed to sugest there are a lot of IC's out there that record and play back sound. i dont know alot about them i'm affraid.

the basic alarm system just screams PIC tho, y not just use different tones insted of recorded sounds. PICs can handle different tones
