 Is there any alternatives for Mitsubishi IPM
I'm working for a manufacturer of X-Ray. Now we use Mitsubishi IPM. Here are the datasheet. PM300DSA060 (http://www.mitsubishichips.com/Globa...00dsa060_e.pdf) PM300DSA120 (http://www.mitsubishichips.com/Globa...00dsa120_e.pdf) People said that Mitsubishi IPM is the most fabulous product. but the lead time is so long and the price is very expensive. So I want to change that If there is any alternatives. Please, notify some other IPM manufacturer if there is any Help me! | |
