Need a list of Speech Synthesis IC's I know of a couple but I only know of a couple here is the list of what I know.
1.EMIC Text to Speech Module 2.Speak Jet Voice Synthesizer 3.SP0256-AL2 Speech IC And that is all I know of You guy's no any other's
