i have to submit a project next Tursday in my institute..... it's so important to submit it ..
but actually i have no idea about how to make it ......hope you can help me .


here's the required function :
i'm trying to build a circuit on Bread board to control a park using a switch as a car entrance or leaving and 7 segment for displaying numbers .
Name : Car Park Control

1- Display the Number of cars in the park on 7 segment
2- Add for each entering car,subtrackt for each existing car
3- Close the entrance gate when the park is 20 cars
4- use any of the following ICs ( 74190, 74192 , 74143 , 74144 )
5- each input or output car sensed through IR or Light Sensor.....i'm going to use a swtich )
