Develop PLL's - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I'm a student of engeneer of telecommunication in Spain, and i will be very pleased if you would send me some information of PLL parts, like VCO's phase detectors, etc.
Sorry for my bad english. I´m trying to develop educational equipment for communications, in special a PLL.
