hi all
i want to design and make a Switching-Mode Power Supply with 200v and 0.5 A output. Please help me how do I start, I have no previous experience

Hi,
No previous experience and you want to work with 200 volts? Maybe not such a good idea :-)
If you have no previous experience then perhaps a 20v (time times less) switcher would be a better place to start just so you can get familiar with the concepts, including safety.
