| New Member | I want to build a two axis inclinometer for my truck. I have a two axis sensor from Fredericks Sensors. Anybody here know how to get this sensor to give me the data I need to input angles to my laptop? Any help would appreciated.

| Experienced Member | Using the AC/DC test circuit, given on the Fredrickscom web site, you could input the DC level to the sound card on your laptop, and then use PC oscilloscope software, or similar, to read the DC levels. Then, a positive voltage may indicate, for example, a left inclination, and a negative voltage may indicate a right inclination. That should get you started :-) |
