    BJT and MOSFET

Hi everyone,i would like to ask, is there a difference in the usage of BJT and MOSFET ?

can i use a mosfet p channel to replace a npn transistor in a circuit??

    Thanks for replyin.

Yes, there are many serious differences. You generally speaking can't just swap one for the other and expect the circuit to work. For an NPN transistor you would need an N channel FET, and the circuit would still likley need to be modified.
