all good. I have uploaded the file to your post. I have also fixed the issue with file uploads so if you need to upload a newer version or any other file you should have no problem.

I would also like to take this time to thank you for your contribution to ETO, I briefly reviewed the book and think it is an excellent piece of content and valuable to our members. Thank you.

It seems same thing happened again to load another pdf file, can you help?
