 Trying to Find a Power Mosfet
Recently my LCD power supply to my tv blew out and it has a rather obsolete Mosfet that I need Anyone know of any subs for it AP40N03GS pdf, AP40N03GS description, AP40N03GS datasheets, AP40N03GS view ::: ALLDATASHEET ::: The package is a TO-263 BVDSS = 30V RDS(ON)= 17mΩ ID= 40A Any help would be greatly apprecaited

Looking under the root number 40N03 I see abundant choices. Many are in the wrong package, but you could at least start there.
