Default obsolete igbt
i need an equivalent to a G7N60B3 / HGTP7N60B3 in TO22OAB, i am looking at using a IRG4BC30UPBF due to the Vcesat is the same and the IC max is greater.
The aplication is in a UPS for which I have no circuit diagram.

IRG4BC30UPBF is available with a lead time of 24 hours from RS, thats why I chose it, what I was looking for was confirmation that it is a suitable equivelent for a G7N60B3.
