    Default Unknown Motorola 142-06 and SG143 IC's

    I have some IC's that I need help identifying. Would anybody have an idea what they are or possibly a datasheet for them? I couldn't find anything on the internet or in the databooks I have.

    The 142-06 looks like a house part and the SG143 is a high voltage op amp.

    Krumlink,
    Thanks for responding. That PDF for the SG143 shows an 8-pin High Voltage Op-Amp but the chip is 14 pin.
