FBT schematic required of an Eizo FlexScan E75F (MA2191-JA) - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I have an older Eizo Flexscan E75F 21" (90 convergence tube).
The FBT fried. It's a muRata made. I can't read the type on it.
It has 15 pins. 10 in a round shape and another 5 in line. It has focus control integrated and no tripler (it's separated).

If some of you encountered this type of monitor or have knowledge about this specific FBT (schematic would very much help) or the monitor itself... can you help me guys ? Any piece of information could help.

It's a MSU1FUS13A if that helps.
I need the schematic of this FBT (coils, pins and stuff like this).
