Pls tell what are these components? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Two SMD type components,both have 5pins,on body one is written "VT4",and another one is written C08 2np (the 2n is written vertically)& their symbol is "U",I think both are IC,but I could not find their datasheets ,pls tell what are these components?Thanks !!!!

Please post a picture of the circuit board and we might able able to identify them.
