Hexfet replacement
Hi,
Inside a non functioning battery charger is one of these, http://www.irf.com/product-info/data...ta/irf7413.pdf I would like to replace it to see if its the prob. Are there any slightly more user solderable (physicaly larger) components that will perform the same function? Being a SO-8 package i can hardly see it! hate to try and solder one by hand  |
