5VLAS Photo Transistor? or wot is this?
Hi
I have a few 5VLAS phototransistors which I would like to use but they are four pin devices? This puzzles me. Any information greatly appreciated. Clive |

hi,
I believe its this type, have you seen the date 1984.! I have had to zip it, it contains the two pages as *.pdf, let me know if its the same as yours.
