I'm looking for some information, data sheets on the following IC's, MC14060BCP and MC14522BCP.

For the 4060 (the CD4060BC is equivalent to Motorola's MC14060BCP):

I couldn't find a datasheet online for the 4522, it's a 4-bit down counter with a terminal count (0) output. A post by Sebi shows the basic hookup details, and it looks pretty straightforward.
