Do you want something identical, or equivalent?
First thing I would do is find out who makes the orange relays (Kest?) and get their catalog. Then check their form C relays with coil specs between 5 and 9V, contacts 10A 240V. Breaking news! The site has another, much clearer picture and a schematic of the board!!! The picture is here and the schematic is here. The board appears to be the Olimex PIC-IO.
