looking for TP120 and TP125 data sheet....use in h-bridge motor....anyone can help me....tq

You need to search for TIP120 and TIP125, not TP120 and TP125.

ok...my project is successfully working....and for now i am looking for dc-dc converter circuit...from any voltage to fix 24V...tq in advance

"Any voltage" to 24V? Anywhere between 1.5V to 1KV?

A little more specific...please! What's the output current draw?
