Default Buffer and Differential Converter

Title is kinda vauge. I'm loooking for a chip that will take a single-ended signal and convert to differential. I'm gonna leave specs out, because i want a starting point to look for it. I havent been able to find one w/o knowing where to start.

As suggested, you need to give much greater detail, so far it's much too vague to answer.
