| Hi, Originally, I am using CS9012 , PNP , EBC, low power, hfe =200, TO92. Now I need a higher gain, can anyone suggest an equivalent to above but with higher gain , hfe >400? Thank you, Victor | |

| A little darlington transistor has a gain of at least 10,000. I have never used a PNP one. A BC557C has a DC current gain of 420 to 800 at 2mA. It has the European CBE pins layout so turn it around.
