F for reverse log
S for audio S shape

and B was for log in the past.

I always try to find answer before posting. In this case someone told me after that Vishay bought Sfernice. So went there and get the datasheet. I look in the faq in order to delete post but didn't found delete button in edit windows. So It's more nice to prevent people from answering and may be someone need to know
