| Good luck! STMicroelectronics STA850 source and channel decoder chip ST developed several generations of the XM chipset, adding new features at each step and reducing size and current consumption. Today ST is producing the full Receiver kit, Front End Tuner, Channel and Source Decoder. Called STA801 and STA850, the latest chipset designed by ST is fabricated using proprietary technologies.
